Quickstart

Create a project, bring your data in, and run your first pricing analysis.

Albi is organized around projects. One project is one pricing engagement — a client, a business unit, or a product line. Everything you do lives inside a project, so start by creating one.

1. Create a project

From your workspace, choose New project and give it a name, your domain, and the offerings in scope. Albi researches the scope in the background so the modules start with market context already loaded.

2. Bring data in

The Baseline module ingests your own revenue data. There are two ways in:

  • Upload a CSV / Excel file of customers, products, prices, subscriptions and invoices.
  • Connect Stripe for a live, read-only sync of the same objects.

3. Work it through the modules

The journey is linear — Baseline, Benchmark, Research, Value, Pricing, Impact. Each module also stands alone, so you can run just a competitive benchmark or just a willingness-to-pay study if that is all the engagement needs.

4. Take the deliverable

Every cut and exhibit a module produces is the evidence behind the proposal — the working you show your board when they ask how the number was arrived at.

Run your pricing on Albi.

Tell us what you sell and how you bill. A scoping call gets you the shape of the engagement and a number.
