These Terms govern your access to and use of Albi. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a working draft pending final review.
The service
Albi provides managed pricing intelligence — pricing expertise and software delivered together — plus a self-serve option billed on credits. Features described on this site reflect current functionality; roadmap items are noted as such.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to upload or connect any data you bring into Albi, and for your decisions based on the outputs. You confirm you are authorized to connect any Stripe account you link, and approval of any pricing change is yours alone.
Credits & billing
Credits are purchased in packs and consumed per action; specific costs are shown on the Pricing page. Free-grant credits may expire as stated there.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to breach isolation between projects or accounts, no reverse engineering of the service.
Liability & changes
