Privacy Policy

Working draft. This is a plain-language summary for review, not a final legal agreement. Counsel-reviewed terms will replace it before launch. For a signed agreement today, email hello@albiagents.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what data Albi collects, why, and how it is handled. Companies bring their own commercial data into Albi — customers, revenue and pricing — and our pricing experts work inside it to deliver the service. We treat all of it as sensitive by default.

What we collect

Account data (your name, email, organization) and the first-party data you import per project — uploaded CSV/Excel files and, if you connect it, read-only Stripe data (customers, products, prices, subscriptions, invoices). Each project is isolated.

How we use it

To run your engagement: analysis, benchmarking, research simulation, value modelling, design generation, and the exports behind your proposal. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' data to train models.

Who can access it

The pricing expert staffed on your account, and the Albi engineers who operate the service. Staffing is per-account: an expert working on your engagement cannot see any other customer's data. The written access and logging policy is being formalized.

Sub-processors

We rely on Supabase (database/auth), Anthropic (AI inference), and Stripe (payments + optional data sync). A current list of sub-processors will be maintained here.

Retention & deletion

Project data persists until you delete the project or close your account; you can request export or deletion at any time by emailing hello@albiagents.com.

Your rights

You (and the data subjects whose data you bring in) may request access, correction, or deletion. Contact hello@albiagents.com.
